Due to the superior quality and relatively low price of PVC water pipes, the application of PVC in the prior art has become more and more widespread. The screen is mainly used in the field of environmental protection, and can be used as a groundwater pollution investigation and detection well, a groundwater extraction well, and a liquid/suspension agent injection well. Among them, the screen is the most important part of the groundwater well, and its quality directly affects whether the groundwater collection is representative, the life of the extraction well (not easy to be blocked by silt), and the accuracy of the injection position of the injection well.
In real life, most of the structure of the screen tube is simply constructed by mechanically punching holes on the PVC tube or sawing at will, and then outsourcing a layer of filter screen. These structures make the sampling of underground water wells unrepresentative, short service life (easy to block), and inaccurate injection positioning. Therefore, there is an urgent need for a screen with simple structure, no pollution to water quality, and environmental protection.
