The main points of the installation of PVC shaft wall pipes for water supply and drainage pipes mainly include the following points.
1. Plastic pipes, connectors, faucets and valves should be selected from qualified and reliable brand products, and check whether there is a quality certificate.
2. The pipeline arrangement should meet the design requirements, the installation and fixing should be firm, the faucets and valves should be installed smoothly, the water supply pipeline should have no leakage after the pressure test, and the drainage pipe should be made of rigid polyvinyl chloride pipes and fittings (such as PPR plastic pipes).
3. For water supply pipes with an outer diameter of less than 25mm, pipe clamps should be installed at the corner, water meter, faucet or angle valve and 100mm from the end of the pipe. The pipe should be connected by thread and there should be an exposed thread at its connection.
4. The water pipe should not be installed close to the power source. The parallel distance between water pipe and gas pipe should not be less than 50mm, and the vertical distance should not be less than 10mm. The horizontal direction of the drainage pipe should have a slope toward the drainage direction.
5. After the completion of the construction, the construction party shall provide a dimensional drawing of the direction of the pipeline to facilitate future maintenance.
6. Do not ignore the quality of the water supply and drainage pipes. Once inferior materials are used for the water supply and drainage pipes or the installation is not standardized, a quality accident will cause serious losses and endless troubles to you and your neighbors.
